PLAYERS Minimum to start game is 4. After game starts, can play with 4 or less. Forfeit is at the discretion of the coaches.
CLOCK Running clock that stops for all fouls in game AND for all whistles last 2 min of each half and OT for 1st-5th  (last 1 min.of quarter & OT for 6th-12th).
Playing Time No player can play more than 1 period/quarter more than any other player; this does not include overtime.
In 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th-12th, there is a substitution time-out at the mid-point of each quarter. Every player must play in each quarter so,
when the timeout is called by the clock operator or referee, every player on the bench MUST go into the game. 
If a team starts and finishes the game with more than 5 players, NO player can play the entire game.
If player fouls out, he must be replaced with player with least amount of playing time; this does NOT apply to overtime.
Violation of  the above rules must be brought to the official's attention during game: penalty is 2 foul shots, ball possession & player substitution
To accurately monitor playing time, scorekeepers must log playing time in scorebook (except 1st/2nd)
Player must play the entire period/1/2 quarter unless injured -- injured player counted as having played entire period regardless of time remaining.
Tournament 1st graders get participation trophies. For others, end of season tourney decides trophies (4), not regular season. 
OTHER NO more than two coaches or parents may sit on the bench with players. Only the Head coach may stand during the game.
5 min. warm-up prior to game; 1 min. between periods; 3 minute half 
Players cannot play without proper uniform (PTCYBA jersey and shorts); Any T-shirt worn must be same color as jersey.
In 1st Grade, there is no 3-second rule in the lane and score is not kept. 1st graders may cross free-throw line after shooting free throw.
In 1st grade fouls aren't kept and ball can't be stolen when player has possession. In 2nd grade, score is kept & scorebooks are used. 
 In leagues where defense is the 3-pt. Line, all baskets are 2-pts and the offense must penetrate 3-pt line every 10 secs.
Home team wears light-colored jerseys, supplies the ball and keeps the scorebook. Away team wears dark uniforms and keeps the clock.
